Christmas Morning..

We had a GREAT "first" Christmas together!! Although we would have loved seeing our families (which we sort of did, Whit Pres Mia & Mama on Skype!) we really loved having Christmas here at our house. Christmas Eve we had the Chaffin's & Carrow's over to grill out and play games again. It was a DELICIOUS meal and a lot of fun hanging out with friends while away from all of our relatives! Josh is SO precious, he felt bad that I only had one gift under the tree (I told him a million times I didn't want anything but what I got, MY FAMILY TOGETHER!) so he wrote me this long "appreciation letter" with money enclosed to buy me something! That's the best present I could hope for, just saying how much he appreciates and LOVES me! The present under the tree was what I asked for too, a Wii Fit, which by the way is A LOT of fun and we both LOVE it!! I am so blessed, God is SO AMAZING to me!! Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas or just a Merry day yesterday! :)

Tacky Christmas Party

Well, Josh & I hosted our very first party as a married couple! "Tacky Christmas Party" would be the theme.. We all dressed in "tacky" Christmas sweaters! Lots and lots of laughs and a LOT of fun!! Here are the pictures!!

Mamaw's Visit..

Hello World....
Josh's mom got here Dec 9th and was supposed to stay til the 20th. Well Josh's SILLY SELF typed in the wrong Airport and they missed her flight so she had to stay another 2 nights, she's off now tho, headed back to Alabama! This past Saturday was Josh's 22nd birthday! We spent the day (just us two) in Palm Desert, we went to eat at the Cheesecake Factory, bought him a new phone (Blackberry Storm 2, I'm very jealous...!) and saw the movie Precious (don't waste your money). It was a GORGEOUS day, 80 degrees where we were!! Crazy right?! Anywho, Kinsley's getting more "adult" every day and Abrielle's growing up too. I'd love for time to just stop right now and let me soak it all in for a lot longer. I basically whine to Josh everyday about how I don't want Abri to grow cause I like the size she's at :) I just wanna pinch her and squeeze her all day long!! I can never get enough of my girls. I'm just absolutely in love with our life! Today is my 6 week postpartum checkup, meaning my little angel is 6 weeks tomorrow!! And CHRISTMAS is this FRIDAY! Goodness me! We're having a "Tacky Christmas Party" at our house this week! :) I went shopping yesterday at Thrift stores for our Tacky sweaters! I can't wait to have people over and get to socialize with GIRLS! I forget what it's like to interact with ladies my age sometimes! We're going to play a lot of games like Scene Its 'Battle of the Sexes' and Apples to Apples. While snacking on yummy finger foods such as cocktail weenies & sausage balls! Yummm-my! I'll be sure to post pics from that :)

My little angel is one month old already! Seriously can someone tell me where time goes? Cause I want it back. I can't quit kissing and squeezing this little one. She makes me want another one already! I wouldn't dare mention that to Josh yet, he'd probably, no, he WOULD laugh in my face. :) It's okay tho we're still YOUNG right!?! Plenty of time. ANYWHO! I took some pictures of my sweeeeeeet baby earlier today.. I have her in a cute little Christmas sleeper right now so if I remember to, I'll take some of her in it too..
