Look at me go with 101 entries! To celebrate, I changed my blog title, & I finally (thanks to Megan) got a real layout! Woo- hoo!
May I point out that our precious angel, snoogle bunny, tater tot, love bug, doodle bop, "stinky pete"(we call her that cause she's had so many stinkies lately thanks to solid food) Abrielle Alyse, is 6 months old today!! :( She's trying her hardest to crawl, she can easily roll over front to back, and she can completely turn around, while laying on her belly. And just for the record, so that I can read back on this and see how much she was eating, she has an 8oz bottle in the morning, a solid fruit/veggie for snack, another bottle at lunch, an evening solid, and then nite nite bottle before she goes to bed. She sleeps through the night, THANK YOU sweetie!! You have brought your mommy daddy and sister so much love and joy to our lives and have brought us closer together and have completed our family! Mommy loves you SOOOOO much!! You have an adorable double chin, and adorable chubby thighs. Your smile is INFECTIOUS to everyone around you! Please stay this little forever... XOXOXOXO
Ok I'm kind of rewinding buuuutttt....
Friday night while Josh and Kinsley took Dallas to Uncle Jacob's, miss Abrielle and I went to the beach to watch the sun set! I took some really pretty pictures of the ocean and the sun set. I'll of course share them after I'm done babbling! Josh is in the field until tomorrow (he left at 4 yesterday morning) bless his heart I know he's just miserable, eating MRE's cause they told them they weren't allowed to bring their own "snacks". Yesterday Megan & I took the kiddos for a stroll & stopped by a playground and got a little sun!! Today we took them to another playground on the mainside (of base) and were going to take them to the beach but decided against it since it was 1 and BOTH of our rugrats desperately need naps. We've learned the hard way the past week that they've gotta take naps! :) Sometimes it's just hard to make them lay down for naps when they are just having the greatest time playing with each other. But ever since we've stayed here, the girls have been getting up earlier than normal. Which makes me actually tired at night, so it helps me go to bed well before midnight now, that's a blessing! Although I'm pretty positive I will never in my life be a "morning person"..
I have so many distractions while typing and have to take several breaks to help one kid do something or stop something, so I've gotta quit now, You mom's know what I mean!
Thanks for reading
Love love Love...

My Favorite Mother's Day, Ever!
Yesterday was my first Mother's day having Josh with us and of course my first Mother's day with having TWO babies!!! I wasn't expecting anything grand but it turned out to be my most favorite Mother's Day, ever! :) We ate lunch at Outback then went to Toys R Us (just because I like the store and wanted Kinsley to play around for a while) & all we left with was a Dora DVD, woo hoo! Then we went to the beach (my only wish for the day!) It was a cloudy and chilly day but I really just enjoyed spending quality time with my family...Josh was a photographer for a few minutes and then we left to find Josh a Barber Shop to get his hair cut.. This base is MASSIVE!! We figured it would be like 29 Palms where everywhere you look there's a Barber Shop but we were wrong.. We drove on some curvy roads for a while until we found one and it was placed in this big warehouse. It was ghetto & if I were him I wouldn't have gone in there! Anywho; he left for the field this morning and won't be back until late Wednesday, so we will be missing him in the meantime! Hope you Mommies out there had a GREAT Mothers Day & I hope to read about your day, soon!!Pictures for the time being...

Pretty neat! Maybe I can get Josh to do something nice for me in celebration of it, haha! I am just kidding, kind of :)
Sooo let's see.. It's Friday! Woo hoo. This week has gone by fast and I hope it keeps going like this so Josh can graduate and we can get our home and get settled before he has to start working again. Josh's Jeep needs the oil changed badly so he's been driving "my" Jeep to work since Wednesday, therefore leaving me car less (because Kinsley's car seats in the black Jeep). So I decided to take the girls for a stroll yesterday intentionally during Kinsley's nap time. I knew she'd fall asleep and that'd save us one argument (she always fights me to lay down for a nap! Stubborn little one) My plan worked and my sweet Abby just took in the sights around us and didn't make a peep the whole time. We took a walk through some streets I'd never been on and I was just in love with all the green and flowers around me! Isn't it kinda sad I'm excited to see grass? Thanks 29 Palms for doing that to me! No, it's actually a good thing, 29 taught me to be thankful for every little moment we have on this beautiful base. Not sure if I mentioned in my last post that we went and ate at Chili's the other night then got some ice cream too! We're use to having to drive OVER an hour to Palm Springs if we want to go out to eat (unless we want to go to the burnt out Applebees in Yucca Valley..) so having to drive maybe 10 minutes and having endless options of food was exciting!!
Yay for this new chapter of our lives!!!
Next Saturday is our 2 year anniversary (can you believe it? me either.) so I am SECRETLY planning us a date! I figure if I make the effort to make our anniversary special this year MAYBE just MAYBE he'll take the reigns next year and try to top me! A girl can dream, right? Plus he's drowning in hard work from this school so I'll just be a good wife and not give him a hard time about HIM planning us a date, I'll just do it :) He deserves it. He's been such a hard working husband and daddy, I am sooo proud of him! He never stops impressing me.
Well I'm scatterbrained and busy as usual so I've gotta go take care of the princesses and take another walk!
Have a happy weekend and HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL THOSE AmAzING MOMMIES OUT THERE!!! You're appreciated!!! :) You make this world a better place!

False alarm, I'm still here!
Thanks to my handy dandy wireless router I hooked up we now have wireless internet at the Cate residence! WHAT.A.WEEKEND!!!!!! It was pretty rough. Friday night Josh didn't get in until nearly 9 so we ate dinner then went straight to bed. Early Saturday morning we began our everlasting journey to move our things into storage. It was just sooo exhausting! We talked about how we regretted this decision of moving into storage, we said we should've just waited until he graduated and we got a house to move. He even asked did I want to just quit and stay there and move out in June but all of our things were in boxes and half of it was already in storage from the previous weekend so I shouted nicely, NO! When we finished that crazy moving he inflated the air mattress (for us) but little Kinsley wanted to "sleep with daddy" so I let her, and took one for the team by sleeping on the HARD FLOOR! Sunday morning came tooooo early but we had alot left to do. It takes us forever to get things done these days because we've got two kiddos who want our undivided attention basically 24/7. It was a LONG, LONGGGGGG Sunday!!!! The girls were so tired by 4pm that Josh offered to stay there and finish a lottt of cleaning (may I add that he's really the greatest husband??) and let us go to a hotel. He ended up coming back to the hotel and just staying the night and got up at 2am to drive to work, not to mention drop off Dallas (my goodness, he's been nothing but work for us, I hope he's worth it in the long run...). So anyway, Monday morning was our Final Inspection!! We passed besides the fact that our carpet downstairs had this huge brown stain on it (that's our fault tho, we didn't bother getting a carpet shampoo-er) plus a permanent marker (from our lovely artsy daughter Kinsley) so he had to charge us $100 to replace it. But whatever. We made it out of there alive.
And thennnnnnnnnnn!!
We were on our way to **Oceanside**!! The girls were my little Sleeping Beauties on the way, so I got to enjoy a peaceful 2 and a half hours of the beautiful drive and listen to my own thoughts and good music. I quickly forgot about the chaotic weekend I had! Thaaaaank goodness! We arrived at our new (amazing) base CAMP PENDLETON around lunch so we took our things to Megan's house then we went to THE BEACH!! Let KV play in the sand for a while but then I wanted to take the girls out onto the jetty (definition:A structure, such as a pier, that projects into a body of water to influence the current or tide or to protect a harbor or shoreline from storms or erosion.) so we walked a good ways and made it!!
once we got out there we had the pleasure of watching DOLPHINS swim!! don't ask me why I was so excited to watch them but I really felt like a little kid cause I was jumping with excitement! I guess I was amazed because the only time I've been that close to dolphins was at Sea World but seeing them in their natural habitat was just fun ESPECIALLY witnessing it with my sweet, sweet babies!! & watching Kinsley's eyes light up!
Here are the pictures, Didn't get great shots but I was really distracted.
OH & please don't burst my bubble and tell me that those were actually sharks.
Below are the most recent pictures I have! Kinsley and Elijah are getting along wonderfully!! It's soooo nice, because if they weren't, things would be pretty miserable for Megan & I! haha! But they seem to really enjoy each others company :)
